Manufacturing process of cheese for pizza

Now days the most favorite go to fast food for all the generations are pizzas. It is a part of our day to day meals. People celebrate over a slice of pizza as well as eat it when depressed. And as for the cheese, it is now being manufactured in India by various dairy organizations and companies and it the pizza outlets here use mozzarella cheese India in their food products.

 Usually the processed mozzarella cheese is available in variants like part-skim milk and whole milk which is manufactured using buffalo milk because of its high fat content in milk. Then the dairy’s process the milk by treating is with lactic bacteria and under goes various techniques and processes like coagulation, cutting, stretching, salting etc. and then left for ripening or maturing which gives it its pungent and unique taste.  Mozzarella cheese India is among the one of the best known variant that is being used by Indian outlets on pizzas also it is being exported to some nation.
